点评：We travelled with Prasad from 24 September to 12 October as a family of five: two adults and three kids, including a baby. Our route covered the inland, the east coast and the south coast. With a baby on board, safe driving mattered more to us than anything else, and Prasad’s driving was careful and calm throughout. We felt comfortable the whole way.
We found him on Instagram and brought our own itinerary. He made a few sensible tweaks, then organised each day so we didn’t have to do any research ourselves. At every stop he explained what we were seeing, and his knowledge of Sri Lanka’s Buddhist history was genuinely fascinating.
Two things stood out. First, he recommended Hurulu Eco Park instead of a national park. We saw almost 70 elephants without the crowds and saved a significant amount of money doing it. Second, he took us to lunch at a local village restaurant that is usually closed. He called ahead to make sure it would open for us.
The small things added up too. He helped us exchange money at the best rate, pointed us to local places to eat and took all our family photos.
No booking fees, payment on arrival and freedom to book our own hotels, exactly as advertised.
