More than a driver: an unforgettable Sri Lanka experience!

点评：A few months ago, while planning our trip to Sri Lanka, we really didn’t know where to start. Luckily, some friends recommended Prasad to us.
We initially thought he was “just” a driver, but we soon discovered that he is actually an officially certified tour guide. He didn’t simply drive us around the country — he literally accompanied us on our journey of discovering Sri Lanka, sharing lots of interesting facts and giving us insights into the country that we could never have experienced on our own.
Having a private driver also made getting around much faster and more comfortable than travelling by bus. His vehicle is very comfortable, his English is excellent, and he was always happy to adapt to any changes in our plans or preferences.
Unfortunately, due to a small personal issue, Prasad had to be away for part of our trip. However, he immediately arranged for his colleague Migara to take over. Needless to say, the experience continued with the same level of professionalism, attention to detail and kindness. Migara was equally helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.
This was also a great example of Prasad’s professionalism and reliability: even when he couldn’t be there personally, he made sure we were in excellent hands and that our journey continued without any issues.
If you’re planning a trip to Sri Lanka, we couldn’t recommend Prasad enough. He made our journey truly special and gave us an experience we will remember for a long time. Five stars without a doubt!

这也是普拉萨德专业素养与可靠性的绝佳例证：即便他本人无法亲自到场，他也确保了我们能得到最妥善的照顾，使我们的旅程毫无阻碍地继续进行。
