点评：I came all the way from Colombia to spend my time here today. I was really looking forward to visiting this place and doing a purification ritual. We arrived this afternoon, paid our entrance fees, and were very happy about this experience.
But we had a guide who made our experience very bad. From the beginning, he started with an eagerness we didn’t understand, and his explanation was very poor. He made us feel like we had to finish quickly; we had the feeling he didn’t want to be there.
At each offering, he would simply explain something and then rush us to the next offering, leaving no time to experience it or even take a picture.
We were in such a hurry to finish our experience quickly that after 25 minutes we decided not to continue.
We went to the main lobby to discuss the matter, as we wanted to have the experience and to request a refund, but they weren’t very kind to our feelings either.
I had dreamed of this moment all my life and the experience with this guide left me with a terrible memory on my last day in Bali
