点评：We had been looking forward to this trip for quite some time, but the actual experience far exceeded our expectations.
For ten unforgettable days, we were immersed in the stunning surroundings of Raja Ampat, both in and out of the water. Ana and her exceptional crew aboard the Katharina are the true definition of professionalism and class, with a genuine talent for pampering their guests. The chef spoiled us daily with extraordinary dishes, some infused with Indonesian flavors, others more Western in style, but every single meal was phenomenal.
Bayu was the heart of the service, supported by Roberto: greeting us warmly each morning, mixing refreshing gin and tonics each evening, and ensuring throughout the day that everything ran flawlessly. The cabins were clean and comfortable, the snorkeling excursions were well organized and perfectly paced, and the zodiac crews were always attentive and helpful, whether assisting with gear or helping us in and out of the boats.
Raja Ampat itself has so much to offer: breathtaking natural beauty, idyllic small islands, and coral reefs offering with an unbelievable abundance of fish. While snorkeling, you get the chance to observe marine life up close: fish defending their territories, hiding from predators, cleaning one another, and hunting. It’s truly mesmerizing.
The Katharina is a beautiful, well-maintained vessel, run seamlessly by an outstanding team. We also formed wonderful friendships with our fellow guests and promised to stay in touch and we know we will.
