Disorganised, small and desperately lacking staff training
C-side Spa - Cowley Manor的点评
点评：I came here with friends for a spa day. The massage itself was fine but the facilities and the staff are problematic.
The changing rooms are tiny and rammed with gym goers. The showers are communal with no option for even a curtain. There weee several wet shrieking toddlers running around with half naked women trying to dry themselves and not crush said toddlers. It just doesn’t scream spa, does it?
The shots they give you at reception don’t list the ingredients on the menu and the staff seemed fairly put out when asked. The shots themselves were dire and none of us got past the first sip.
The outdoor pool is cold and really only good for the summer. The indoor pool was nice but again a little too cold. No hot tub is a real miss.
The lunch was fine but again the staff on the terrace simply ignored us until I went to find someone who huffed his way over. The food was bog standard chain pub food.
The car park was ridiculous and we ended up parked on the grass like many others. They really failed to plan the parking adequately.
It’s a shame for such a lovely old building and beautiful site but this one won’t last as it is with so many good options in the area.

这么漂亮的古老建筑和优美的地段，却变成这样，实在令人惋惜。但附近有这么多更好的选择，这家店恐怕也开不长久。
