点评：Don’t hesitate - just book a Football Escapes holiday!
We have been waiting until the right time to book our first Football Escapes, our son got into football last year, so this year felt the perfect time to book one. It was honestly the best holiday we’ve had as a family. I can’t fault anything, from booking with Faye, who made the whole process so simple via What’s app, to turning up and everything running like clockwork.
Everything on the itinerary happened as stated, transfers turned up on time every day.
We stayed at the Conrad in Portugal and wow, this hotel was beautiful. I can’t recommend it enough. To give our son a football holiday and then we still get a lovely hotel is just a perfect combination, parents and children both win!
The coaches were fantastic - big shout out to Archie, Indi and Heidi. The whole team were great but these 3 especially made my sons week. They were very engaging and made it all fun, which is what it’s all about!
The ambassadors were great with the children as well. We had Teddy Sheringham and a surprise visit from Rio Ferdinand. Portugal has a lot more children (over 100) so the experience isn’t as “personal” as the other locations but we still loved it. Training at the Campus is great and having more children means the activities can be more age specific. My only issue was the pitch sizes, they definitely needed to be bigger so a better game could be had.
Yes the price tag is expensive but it’s worth every penny. We can’t wait for our one in Turkey next year and we know these will be an annual holiday for us now.
