Unforgettable week in the Maldives with Football Escapes

点评：We spent a week in the October mid term break in the Maldives with Football Escapes and it was an unforgettable experience.
I can’t praise the coaches highly enough, their professionalism, work ethic and enthusiasm is truly remarkable.
Head coach Omar not only guided the kids (and parents) through the week with passion and humour but also instilled respect and discipline. His enthusiasm on and off the pitch is unmatched and totally infectious! Nick was quietly funny with his “dad jokes” and my “not so football mad” younger son really enjoyed connecting with him. Marcel and Bruno always had words of wisdom and encouragement for my boys. And last but not least George, it is his first year helping as a coach and his maturity and professionalism is a testament to his wonderful father Jason. Joe Hart was the ambassador for the week and he got to know all the kids very quickly. He was kind and encouraging, also super laid back and approachable.
In addition to the 2 hour football session in the morning the coaches organised various activities in the afternoon from FC25 tournament to games in the water park and of course the famous parents match. (Even some of us mums got roped into it and enjoyed it despite ourselves 😂). As you’re on an island in the Maldives you’re bound to constantly bump into each other but the guys always stopped for a chat and it’s a testament to them that we all felt like one big family by the end of the week.
I also want to compliment the sales and concierge team, they made the booking and pre-departure process easy and stress-free.
Thank you for an unforgettable week, my only regret is that we haven’t done this sooner!

除了上午两小时的足球训练，教练们下午还组织了各种各样的活动，从FC25锦标赛到水上乐园游戏，当然还有著名的家长赛。（就连我们这些妈妈也被拉去参加了，而且玩得不亦乐乎😂）。在马尔代夫的岛屿上，大家难免会经常碰面，但教练们总是会停下来和我们聊天，正是因为他们的热情，我们才能在一周结束时感觉像一家人一样。
我还要特别表扬一下销售和礼宾团队，他们让预订和出发前的准备工作变得轻松无压力。
感谢你们带来如此难忘的一周，我唯一的遗憾就是没有早点来！
