点评：We had a terrible experience with this agency. and the car driver for this agency. They sold our hotel Ring Downtown a boat trip and gave us completely misleading information:
• We were told it would be a small boat with about 20 people, but instead it was overcrowded with more than 130, with no proper place to sit.
• We were promised 3 islands, but when we asked the boat staff, they said it was only going to 1 island. We left the boat before the trip even started.
• When i asked the agency driver that this wasn’t as agreed, he left me with boat staff and ignored what i was saying in a very disrespectful way. And what happened then is a fight between us and the boat staff.
• We were charged $100 for transportation, and despite not taking the trip, the agency refused to help.
This shows a complete lack of responsibility, honesty, and professionalism from the agency staff and the hotel. We felt deceived and very disappointed.
