点评：If you only have one day in Barcelona—or even if you have a week—book with Live Barcelona tours immediately. Our experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish.
Our tour guide, Irene, was incredible. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the city and went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcomed. A major highlight was our visit to the Sagrada Família; Irene had pre-purchased our tickets, allowing us to bypass the massive queues and walk straight to the front of the line. She also guided us past several of Antoni Gaudí’s other architectural masterpieces, explaining his life, vision, and intricate works in fascinating detail.
Irene's hospitality didn't stop when the official tour ended. Knowing we were on a tight schedule, she took extra time out of her day to personally walk us from our hotel to the Barcelona Cathedral and the local market, ensuring we maximized every single moment of our short stay.
The exceptional service didn't end when the tour did, either. The next morning, as we were heading home, I realized I had left my favorite jacket in the tour van. Francina at the Live Barcelona office stepped in and took incredible care of us. She coordinated with the van company to locate the jacket, sent email correspondence with me, packaged it up securely, and shipped it all the way back to me in the United States since our flight had already departed.
This level of dedication, care, and professionalism is rare.
