点评:I had the worst experience with staff ever. Granted I had came on a busy day! For context I am a season pass holder, and had went to check out the lake July 3rd 2026. There was a line of cars and for an odd reason the seasons pass holder lane was partially blocked by cones. Although right before the check in window, it actually opened back to two lanes, long enough for multiple cars to pull in to the seasons pass lane after the cones. So it's not like I just plowed through the cones either lol. I pull up to the window and stopped to wave and show my pass, which is stickered on the windshield so that they know seasons pass holders and can wave them through btw. An employee runs out and stops me puts his hands on his hips and says "so what's going on here"...idk dude you tell me you work here! I actually just calmly said I have seasons pass and pointed at my sticker. Which he explained that based on the amount of traffic seasons pass holders didn't get to use the season pass lane and wait for other users to pay day fees as well. Which doesn't make sense because what's the season pass for at that point? Idk odd experience giving the attitude nor time he took to at least see the sticker and explain to us that season pass was cut off for the day as we were just confused based on the cones opening back up to two lanes BEFORE the window, idk if I was blocking off lanes I wouldn't open them back up enough for cars to pull back in that lane if they aren't supposed to but what do I know.
