点评：We truly had an amazing experience, and everything came together in a way that made the trip incredibly enjoyable. Ellie was especially fantastic—her support and attention to detail were paramount to our positive experience, and we greatly appreciated having her guidance throughout the process.
We are already starting to think about our next trip and will definitely be reaching out to work with her again in the coming months.
We did want to share one piece of feedback regarding the car rental. Unfortunately, our experience with Hertz was not a positive one. We felt overly pressured at pickup to upgrade our vehicle, and after returning the car, we were contacted about damage that we are confident was not present. Thankfully, we had taken a video at drop-off and it appears the charges have since been refunded, but the situation was still stressful—especially after already paying a significant amount through the booking.
We wanted to pass this along in case it’s helpful for future planning or recommendations.
