点评：First off, do not go here. We (2 adults and 2 children) arrived and were stood around in the car park not knowing where to go and what to do even though staff knew we were there. Upon knocking the cafe door and asking if it's ok to enter the woman acted like I was a hinderance and/or an interference, but eventually after about 5 seconds of muttering under her breath said "Yh, ok"
We all entered the cafe and myself and partner felt like we were intruding. We felt completely out of place and unwelcome due to the complete lack of communication, customer service or just plain old human pleasantry from staff.
Eventually, after about 5 minutes myself and partner walked outside and discussed what we were doing, or even why we were there and whether we should just drive away. Eventually we returned to the cafe and my other half plucked up the uncomfortable courage to ask what was the plan as paying customers. Another woman told us to sit down and she'll bring over some cat treats and would take our cafe order. When the 4 hot drinks we ordered came, they put the spoons down on the filthy table the cats had been walking, laying, licking and rubbing themselves over. Eventually we left the cafe and found we could go in a large farm building with some goats. When I asked some questions about the animals I was responded with answers like i'd asked them questions about their personal life not the animals. As we drove away, I smiled, waved and said bye to the second lady who worked there but she just looked away to the floor and ignored me even though she already made eye contact and knew I was there. In total, we paid over £52 for 4 drinks, 2 cakes and a visit I can only describe as abysmal and extremely unpleasant.
