点评：Would give 0 stars if I could. The timetable advertised a 6:41 PM pickup from Proserpine Airport with a 7:40 PM arrival in Airlie Beach. Instead, the bus didn’t actually leave until around 7:30 PM, with no explanation or apology.
If the company needs to wait for later flights, that’s fine—but don’t advertise a departure time you have no intention of keeping. Schedule additional services instead of making an entire bus of passengers wait nearly an hour.
Communication was poor from the start. I was told to queue at the ticket counter, only to be told after waiting that I didn’t need to queue at all. Then I arrived at the bus to find the driver wasn’t even there.
The most disappointing part was the driver’s attitude. When an elderly passenger politely said we’d been waiting a long time, the response was simply, “That’s how buses are.” No apology, no acknowledgement.
Delays happen, but misleading schedules and poor customer service are unacceptable. I would not recommend this service if you have any time-sensitive plans.
