点评：On arrival to the airport whitsunday transit was very easy and we had no problems, we made a return booking with the company at the time. Our flight back was boarding at 13:20, they arranged to pick us up at 11:05 outside our hotel (approx 40 mins from airport). We thought this would leave us plenty of time to make our flight to Sydney, however due to the bus driver making countless stops along the way, we arrived at the airport with multiple suitcases, 15 minutes before the bag drop closed (we were at the front of the line). The bus was very hot and we were starting to get anxious about our flight, even the check in desk staff were stunned that this bus had only just arrived and were unsure if they would be able to check in everyone’s bags before it closed. We felt that the company prioritised making as much money as possible and squeezing as many people on to the bus as possible, rather than ensuring passengers were at the airport with sufficient time.
