Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa的点评
点评：What a fantastic stay. We were greeted by a man at the car park entrance who was very friendly and thorough, then by a lady at reception. We arrived two hours early and our room was ready which was really handy!
We had afternoon tea at the Blue Smoke which was lovely! So much food! I did get a tiny bone in the pulled beef burger sliders but that is to be expected I guess!
Then we had a thermal spa experience booked which was lovely! So many pools and saunas to choose from! I particularly enjoyed the aromatherapy sauna with the swings! Wasn’t too hot. The top infinity pool was lovely to relax in and the staff were amazing! The only thing I would say is there was a noisy group in the lower pool, I did notice staff go over a few times though because I think there were some complaints! Of course have fun, but it is meant to be a relaxing experience and it was impacting others so I’m glad that the staff acted on this!
We stayed in the Winander Club and it did not disappoint! The views out of the glass door were magnificent, rolling hills for miles and the occasional bunny rabbit too! The bed was really comfy and you had everything that you would need, there were also complimentary treats like popcorn and refrigerated drinks too which was a nice touch!
I can’t wait to come back, thank you for making my 30th birthday so special!

之后我们还体验了预订好的温泉水疗服务，同样令人愉快！有好多泳池和桑拿房可供选择呢！我特别喜欢那个配有秋千的芳香疗法桑拿房！里面的温度也恰到好处，不会太热。顶层的无边泳池非常适合放松身心，工作人员也超级贴心！唯一美中不足的是，下层泳池里有一群人吵吵闹闹的；不过我注意到工作人员去那里好几次，大概是因为有客人投诉吧！当然，尽情享受也没问题，但这里本就是一个让人放松的地方，那种喧闹声确实影响了其他人，我很高兴工作人员采取了措施！我们入住在Winander Club，体验真是棒极了！透过玻璃门看到的景色美不胜收——连绵起伏的丘陵一望无际，偶尔还能看到小兔子出没！床铺非常舒适，房间里也备齐了所需的一切用品。此外，还有爆米花和冰镇饮料等免费小食，这一细节真是贴心至极！
我迫不及待想再次光临，感谢你们让我的30岁生日变得如此特别！
