Good stay, could be great with a couple of fixes

点评：Attention to detail and could have been perfect. All the staff were very friendly and approachable, we arrived early and left our cases with reception. On returning, our room was ready and bags had been taken up for us. We had a lime suite lake view room. First impressions were good, although a little small, all seem perfectly ok. One of the windows had a crack in it, some scuffs on furniture, but that’s just being picky. On getting in the shower and closing the glass door, the track and tray were dirty (see photos). The bed was quite comfy but the room was cold. Even with the radiators on. The hotel grounds are stunning and all public areas are lovely. We ate our evening meal at the langdale lounge bar. Food was really good. As was the great selection of drinks. The Bakewell cocktail was delicious. Breakfast this morning was equally good, staff friendly and attentive at breakfast. All in all a good stay, just with a couple of niggles
