I had the most incredible time with Amendra and his wife. I didn’t just get some AMAZING jewellery I also made a friend for life! I have been in Sri Lanka for 6 weeks and I have really struggled to find what I have been looking for until now.
Amendra was so kind and attentive. I came in with not much time before fly home and I explain I wanted 4 pendants with different sapphires in for 4 women in my family and I wanted them all to be similar but also unique. Straight away he showed me multiple options. He explained the stones and what they were set in.
At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable, I felt he wanted me to make the right choice for me even if that was not to buy from him. This made me want to buy from him more. He was so friendly chatting about our lives and his family is truly incredible. Although I bought my jewellery from things that were already made but I know if I ever have anything I want custom made I will reach out to him.
I ended up buying a 5th pendent because I fell in love with a turtle pendent, the craftsmanship is amazing and the legs and tail move.
In other shops in Sri Lanka I have sometimes felt very pressured and have bought he friends with me to help me say no, if needed but here this was not the case both me and my friend were super comfortable.
The prices were very reasonable and when I explained my budget he helped me stick to it, in a mixture of finding alternative and giving me a really good rate!

在斯里兰卡的其他商店，我有时会感到压力很大，所以会带朋友一起去，以便在必要时帮我拒绝。但在这里完全没有这种感觉，我和朋友都觉得非常自在。
价格非常合理，当我说明我的预算后，他帮我找到了合适的替代品，并给了我一个非常优惠的价格，让我能够坚持预算！
