A day at the Centreville Amusement Park
森特维尔游乐园的点评
点评：We got to Centreville at the Toronto Centre Island by taking the 15-min Toronto ferry and it was a smooth start to the day. We booked everything online 24 hrs ahead — parking, ferry, and Centreville tickets — and it was handy + discounted.
Tip: Get the family pass on line. If your kids like to ride over and over like ours did, it’s way cheaper than individual tickets.
We went early and it wasn’t too busy yet, which was surprising with FIFA season + first day of summer break. Rides were great for the kids and the staff running them were really helpful. Washrooms were clean too.
Food: Lots of options — pizza, burgers, hotdog, fries, Subway, ice cream, pop corn, muffins, coffee, pop, etc. But be ready to pay about 3x normal prices. If you can, pack a picnic. There are plenty of benches and shady spots around.
Two things to improve: 1) Even with prepaid tickets, we still had to line up with everyone for wristbands. A dedicated pre-paid line would save a lot of time. 2) More signs for washrooms and maps of the park would help people find rides faster.
Overall, kids had a great time and we’d go again.
