Food services need improvement
皇家安大略博物馆的点评
点评：We are regular visitors to the ROM with our 7 year old grandson. We are very familiar with the galleries and special exhibits, which rarely disappoint. After our visit yesterday, I feel the need to comment on the food services. We always have lunch at Druxy's in the lowest level, and I feel that the ordering process needs to be revamped as it's very confusing right now. There is no central order point, and as a result you have to line up separately if people in your party want different things. There is one line for grilled food, another one for pizza, etc. Fortunately, the nice man behind the counter yesterday took all three of our orders, but this was an exception. Later we decided to have a break at the main floor cafe but it was in terrible shape with dirty table tops and unswept floors. I think the use of this area as a cafe is a good one but it is filthy and really needs constant attention to keep it looking clean. After checking out the available seating and tables, we decided to not have tea there, and headed back down to Druxy's.
