点评：My review will be split into two parts. Here for my experience at place d’armes and separately under hotel nelligan as they and my experience are interconnected.
I reserved my stay at place d’armes through chase travel around 4 months in advance. I had no reason to believe there would be any issue in that time. I arrived at the appointed time at the hotel and was told my reservation would not be accepted. The staff stated they did not have space for me, even though there were clearly people checking both before and after I. The staff stated they tried to contact me multiple times though I, nor chase travel, nor chase’s contractor have no record of any contact. The staff stated they had secured lodging at their other company hotel and as it was a busy holiday weekend, I had already traveled, and had no other reservations, I had no choice but to accept. I was then left to drag my baggage through busy cobblestone streets to the next location.
