点评:Many of the photos shown here are several years out of date and do not reflect the current layout of the facility. For example, the dedicated learners’ area shown in many images was removed years ago. Beginners now use the lower section of the main slope alongside more confident riders. In practice this usually works, as experienced riders can easily avoid beginners even when they make unexpected movements.
A more significant issue is that slope safety is not strongly enforced. There is signage asking riders not to “straight line” down the slope, which is common among beginners who cannot yet steer or stop. Someone descending quickly without control can collide with others from behind or even with people waiting in the lift queue. Riders behaving like this are easy to identify and could be warned or removed, but this does not appear to happen. When someone is skiing this way you need to stay well behind them or leave the slope for safety.
The front desk experience can also be frustrating. Staff attitudes toward problems created by the facility itself can be defensive, and this seems reinforced by management. For example, there are known issues with the activation of some annual memberships, yet customers affected by this may still be treated as though the problem is their fault. If you are helping a friend learn to ski, management may also assume you are providing paid lessons even when you are not.
On the positive side, the lift attendants are friendly and helpful, and the slope itself is usually well maintained. The surface can sometimes become quite bumpy after classes run before public opening, which is harder for beginners but manageable for experienced riders.
Overall it is still a fun place to visit and worth the money. I would rate the facility itself 4 stars, but the front-of-house experience about 1 star, which averages out to roughly 3 stars overall.
