点评：Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. I spent around £140 on pottery, but when I collected it there were chips on the finished pieces. I was also given a collection time for Thursday, travelled an hour to the store, and ended up waiting outside for another hour due to the store being closed because of works/electricity issues that I had not been informed about beforehand.
The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. I was told over the phone that my wasted petrol/travel costs would be compensated, but was later only offered a £20 “paint again” voucher instead. While staff apologised and offered to repair the chips, I didn’t feel the service matched the amount spent or the inconvenience caused.
It’s a shame because I’ve been to many pottery painting places before and never had issues like this.
The manager also sent quite sarcastic remarks (I have attached pictures) “I am unsure what you want” quite unprofessional wouldn’t recommend !!
There is also no parking anywhere we were driving around for about 20 minutes looking for parking!
