Moreover, I have encountered a complete cessation of communication from Gustabruzzo in response to my numerous inquiries. I do believe that sometimes service providers may require a certain time in order to conduct a refund. Yet, there is no explanation for non-refunding the tours when the tours are canceled by the service provider. Frankly speaking, I am still in shock that such a situation occurred and that Gustabruzzo is still promoted through Tripadviser.
