点评：My girlfriend and I joined this cooking class during our trip to Phú Quốc because we wanted to do something different besides just sightseeing and eating out. Hands down, it was one of the best decisions we made on the trip. Not only did we get to enjoy authentic local dishes, but we also got to cook everything ourselves, making the experience even more memorable. Every step was very beginner-friendly while still feeling detailed and professional at the same time. From making coffee to cooking local dishes, Troc explained everything in such a simple and enjoyable way that it almost made you feel like a professional chef yourself. What made the class even better was the atmosphere. Troc kept things fun with jokes here and there, while also sharing interesting details about the ingredients, their origins, and even how certain dishes can slightly change depending on personal taste and preferences. It never felt rushed or overly formal — just a genuine and enjoyable experience cooking with a professional chef. After the course, i felt i understand cooking better.

Truly a pleasant experience for anyone who enjoys cooking or simply wants to give it a go on Vietnamese Cuisines.
