点评：Truly amazing religious experience for all the faithful! And for me too! For nonCatholics and Catholics around the world, to be able to visit via EWTN thru Pope Leo in France coverage was almost the best thing. The Lourdes Grotto is an experience of a lifetime. The holy place for pilgrimage, to deepen anyone who wants to return to faith and to seek miracles 🙏! The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes is one of the most moving and spiritual places in the world. Visiting the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes is an unforgettable spiritual journey. I experienced through highlights EWTN and France 24 the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Watching Pope Leo among the sea of golden candlelight moving slowly through the sanctuary grounds creates an atmosphere that is peaceful, deeply reverent, and truly beautiful to witness, regardless of your background. The Grotto of Massabielle, where the Virgin Mary appeared to Saint Bernadette, is incredibly serene — especially during the evening candlelight procession, a truly unforgettable experience of unity and prayer. I recommend whoever able bodied everyone to visit this place at least once in their life. Lourdes is absolutely stunning and offers an experience that stays with you forever. If you are a devotee of the Mother of Jesus Mary, if you are desperate for healing, this place makes miracles. So many devotees from around the world would flock this Holy place! The pope thanked those present for joining him in prayer and reflected on Mary’s role in accompanying people through suffering.
“It is a very beautiful day that reminds us of the closeness of Mary, our mother, who always accompanies us and teaches us so much: what suffering means, what love means, what it means to entrust our lives into the hands of the Lord,” Pope Leo said.
He prayed for God’s blessing on the sick and all those who care for them, including doctors, nurses and others who provide support in difficult moments. Pope Leo’s message concluded with the following prayer to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Health of the Sick, “Sweet Mother, do not part from me. Turn not your eyes away from me. Walk with me at every moment and never leave me alone. You who always protect me as a true Mother, obtain for me the blessing of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.”
