点评：5:30pm Polar Express, November 16th 2025.
.We arrived nice and early and were able to enter the 'experience' ... Absolutely fantastic from the walk through, the holding area, the pre ride entertainment - first class! Moving in to the train ride, boarding was well thought out, the rolling stock was warm, comfortable and very well presented. Again the Polar Express team in coach K were top notch and the performance in a restricted space was brilliant. The kids loved it, our older ones too. Of course us adults enjoyed it all too, hot chocolate, the cookies and of course the bell and golden ticket. ABSOLUTELY A FIRST CLASS OFFERING. Well done to the Spa Valley Railway team, the locomotive and train crew, behind the scenes people and the entertainers. THANK YOU from Peter, Catherine, Liam, Neil, Alesha, Ben and Sophia...
