点评：Really interesting and well organised visit to the factory. The route has several places where they have videos playing of the history and explanations of the process of making different cheeses with seating for those who might need it. You are then guided around the factory and can look down and see the different processes. It was very well done the video’s were in 3 languages and there were information sheets in several other languages including Russian and Japanese. I’ve never seen that anywhere else. Good toilet facilities and a small cafe area and excellent shop at the end where you could taste several cheeses and buy if you wanted. The shop was very reasonably priced and had a good range of products and gifts. You need to go in the morning to see the factory working and unfortunately we were there on a Saturday when they close at 12.30. It was excellent and there wasn’t a charge. We must go back next time we are in the area.
