This was our fourth train ride with AR and needless to say was very disappointed. First of all the train left over an hour late due to they decided to drug test the Conductor. Then we were suppose to have 2 alcoholic drinks included with our tickets but the waitress informed us they were out of alcohol from the last excursion. The bathroom was out of order. We ordered snacks of the menu and my husband and I decided to get a soft pretzel, a hotdog and nachos. So when the waitress delivered our order we got a microwaved pretzel that was hard in some spots and soggy on other parts. The nachos I received was a bag of tostitos with a small microwaved nacho cheese cup! My husbands hot dog was shriveled and obviously microwaved too long. The shrimp cockktail was ok and the meat and cheese plate was ok but not great, it had 4 small red grapes, 2 small slices of cheese, 2 pieces of cubed cheese, 4 crackers and 4 slices of salami. Before we arrived we were given our AR mug and my husbands mug was dirty. Then we arrived to Remsen Station where they hadn't cleared the walkway from the train to the station. Once in the station we were all packed in like sardines with a long line of people trying to use the restroom. The hot chocolate though, was tasty. Then the little walk to the bonfires for smores was extremely icy, I was surprised no one fell and got hurt. I will say the waitresses were very pleasant and attentive and the Conductor explained the delay and apologized.even though it was not his fault. This is the 4th AR excursion and by far not the best. The other 3 we did was phenomenal but this one gets a thumbs down.

这是我们第四次乘坐阿迪朗达克铁路的火车，不用说，我们非常失望。首先，火车晚点一个多小时，因为他们决定对列车长进行药检。其次，我们的车票本应包含两杯酒，但服务员告诉我们，上次旅行剩下的酒已经喝完了。洗手间也坏了。我们点了菜单上的小吃，我和我丈夫决定要一个软椒盐卷饼、一个热狗和一份玉米片。结果服务员送来的时候，我们拿到的椒盐卷饼是微波炉加热的，有的地方硬，有的地方软。我拿到的玉米片是一袋托斯蒂托斯玉米片，配了一小杯微波炉加热的芝士酱！我丈夫的热狗都皱巴巴的，显然是微波炉加热过头了。虾仁鸡尾酒还可以，肉类和奶酪拼盘也一般，没什么特别的，里面只有4颗小红葡萄、2小片奶酪、2块奶酪丁、4块饼干和4片萨拉米香肠。到达之前，我们拿到了AR的马克杯，但我丈夫的杯子是脏的。到了雷姆森车站，他们竟然没有清理从火车到车站的通道。进了车站，我们像沙丁鱼罐头一样挤在一起，洗手间门口还排着长队。不过，热巧克力味道不错。之后去篝火旁吃烤棉花糖的那段路非常滑，我真惊讶居然没人摔倒受伤。不得不说，服务员非常热情周到，列车长也解释了延误的原因并道了歉，尽管这并非他的错。这是我们参加的第四次AR旅行，也是迄今为止最差的一次。之前三次都非常棒，但这次真的让人失望。
