On January 24, 2026, at cashier counter No.15, the female cashier showed an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. No greeting, no words, no smile — only contemptuous looks throughout the transaction.
When I handed the cash directly to her and held out my hand for the change, she threw the money onto the counter and glared at us. The behavior was so inappropriate that other customers nearby were visibly shocked, not just us.
I reported this to customer service. They called the cashier over, but she showed no awareness of wrongdoing, no apology, and no accountability. Even worse, the staff appeared unable to properly handle an employee with such behavior. No solution, no corrective action, nothing.
We spent nearly 6,000 THB on two purchases. We were paying customers, not asking for charity — just basic respect.
This experience raises serious concerns about staff training and service standards at Big C. Extremely disappointing.
