点评：I visited for a day out with my two-year-old daughter.
The outdoor play areas are fantastic, with different sections and equipment suited to a range of age groups, so there’s something for every child. We didn’t use the indoor soft play as the weather was lovely, but it’s great to have that option available.
We really enjoyed seeing all the animals. However, lifting a toddler to see over the wooden enclosures was quite difficult. There are steps provided, which I appreciated, but my daughter was still a bit too small to see properly, so it meant a lot of lifting, which was a little tricky.
The site itself is very accessible, and the toilets were clean and well maintained.
In terms of cost, I found the entry price quite high — around £40+ for one adult and one toddler — which feels expensive for a single day out. While it’s fine as an occasional treat, it would make me think twice about returning with additional family members due to the overall cost.
We bought a children’s lunch, which was good, although it would have been nice to include a healthier option like fruit. I also ordered a coffee, which took around 15 minutes to arrive, though this may have been due to busy staff.
Overall, it’s a great place with a good variety of animals, plenty of space, and excellent play areas — just slightly let down by the pricing and a few small practical challenges
