Amazing all day tour in Yellowstone well worth it!

点评：Luckily our tour guide Meadow met us at the general store at Colters Bay Village (where we were staying). We met her at 6am for our 12 hour full day tour of Yellowstone National Park!
Our family of 4 fit nicely in the 4 wheel drive SUV with 2 hatches in the roof! There were very good high quality binoculars each of us could use, and Meadow had a stocked basket of locally sourced snacks as well as fresh coffee and hot chocolate if our girls wanted it!
We drove to Yellowstone and Meadow took us around the parts of Yellowstone we hadn’t explored yet (we had visited the western and northern portions of the park, as well as a lot of the southern parts). She knew we hadn’t seen a grizzly, big horn sheep, wolves or male moose yet, so she drove to parts of the park to the East where we could hopefully find them.
Meadow had a high quality scope that she could hook her phone up to for videos and photos (which she sent to my phone via air drop)!
Before the tour we also had to tell the tour company what we wanted for lunch (an assortment of food options, even vegetarian) and also provided sodas, waters and seltzers.
Meadow found a shaded picnic spot where we could relax and enjoy lunch.
We were so happy with our long day and saw so many additional animals than what we saw in Yellowstone by ourselves!
We saw:
* Geese
* Hawk
* Male elk
* Mule deer
* White tail deer
* Raven
* Group of female elks w 2 fawns
* 2 birds (brown bird that looked like a mix between quail and turkey?)
* Huge male elk
* Pelican
* Sandhill crane
* Canadian geese
* Black and white ducks
* Damsel flies
* Marmot
* Bald Eagle
* Red tail Hawk
* Grizzly bear (possibly male, 550lb)
* Small black bird (lives in tree hole, maybe from wood pecker?)
* Swallow
* White tail deer
* Great blue heron
* Mule deer males
* Chipmunk
* Ground squirrel
* Black and white duck
* Light brown ducks
* Bald eagle
* Plover?
* Butterflies
* Dragonflies
* Small black and white bird (like chickadee)
* Robin
* Baby squirrel (gray?)
