Nasty, racist staff. Don't visit unless you want to ruin your day
冒纳罗亚火山豆工厂的点评
点评：Beware if you are a person of color! They give unlimited samples to white visitors but have a "no seconds" (and apparently "no firsts" either) policy to people of color like me.
The staff are VERY rude and acted as if they didn't want to be there. When I asked where they source the chocolates used in their products a staff member gave me a look as if she thought my question was stupid and said “I don’t know” in a very haughty tone. And when I asked if they also owned Hawaiian Host (because they sold Hawaiian Host in the store) she ROLLED HER EYES and said “we don’t own them, we’re sister companies” (like I should’ve known that before going to this place).
Overall just skip this place and buy your mac nuts from the nearby Walmart (where they are cheaper anyway). I feel that Big Island locals in general are not as friendly as locals in the other islands, but I’ve never encountered ruder Hawaiians than in this place. One identified herself as "Ashley" and the other one was wearing a necklace that said "Zaydri".
