Five days we’ll never forget 🐳 💕

点评：Truly one of the most magical experiences of our lives 🐳 🐋
It’s actually quite hard to put these five days into words. Unbelievable, magical and without sounding too dramatic, genuinely life-changing.
The location on Swanson Island overlooking Blackfish Sound is beyond special. We saw more whales than we could ever have imagined, both from the water and from camp - and watching humpbacks pass by while sitting in the hot tub on our final day is something I don’t think we’ll ever forget.
We weren’t particularly experienced kayakers, but from the very beginning we felt completely safe and looked after. There was never any pressure, just so much care, encouragement and reassurance from the most incredible team of guides.
And they made the experience about so much more than simply seeing whales. Every evening they shared their knowledge and absolute passion for the wildlife and this extraordinary place with us. It was captivating. In the mornings we’d be sitting quietly in our kayaks while one of the guides read a poem or a few beautiful words out on the water - to set the tone for our day. I had tears in my eyes on more than one occasion.
We also completely lucked out with our group - such a lovely bunch of people to share it all with.
The camp, the food, the paddling, the guides, the whales, the scenery… all of it was out of this world.
We came hoping for an amazing adventure. We left feeling like we’d experienced something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives.
If you’re even slightly tempted to do this trip - do it 💕

他们让这次旅行的意义远远超出了“观赏鲸鱼”这个层面。每天傍晚，他们都会与我们分享自己对野生动植物以及这片非凡之地的渊博知识与满腔热情。真的令人着迷。清晨时分，我们静静地坐在皮划艇中，这时一位向导会在水面上朗诵一首诗或几句优美的文字——以此来为我们的一天定下基调。有好几次，我都感动得热泪盈眶。
我们的团队也极其幸运——都是些非常友善可爱的人，能和他们一起分享这一切真是太棒了。
露营地、食物、划船体验、向导们、鲸鱼，还有沿途的风景……一切都美得超乎想象。
我们原本就期待着一场奇妙的冒险之旅。离开时，我们觉得自己经历了一生都难以忘怀的体验。
如果你有一丝一毫想要去旅行的念头——那就去吧💕。
