Worth a Stop for Wine Drinkers

点评：I enjoy wine and usually try to make a stop at a winery if available when traveling on vacation. I was excited to hear there was one on the island of Maui. First you do want to make a reservation and glad we did, as they were a little busy.
The location is beautiful. I love the grounds and the area of the island. The tasting room is set up nicely with some great views. They had a nice variety of wines. I was surprised to see some of the varietals they were able to get or grow and produce on the island. The syrah's were nice and the white blend. The pineapples were the surprise hit. I mean I know pineapple taste great on the islands and I was worried these wines would be too sickly sweet, but they were not.
The price on the bottles felt a little high, even for being on Hawaii, but I would still recommend allowing a couple of hours to relax there and try some wines. Don't forget to check out the store across the road as well and maybe even grab a bite to eat before or after the winery there.
