点评：El Castillo, also known as the Temple of Kukulcán, is the iconic centerpiece of Chichén Itzá and one of the most impressive examples of Mayan architecture. There is a magnificent pyramid which rises about 30 meters (98 feet) and is a mark of the extraordinary astronomical and architectural knowledge of the Maya civilization. The important feature is its precise design. Each of the four sides has 91 steps, which together with the top platform total 365 — representing the days of the year.
