点评：I booked the taxi a day ahead since I had early morning flight from Manchester airport. I was promised that driver details will be shared the night before and the booking is prepaid so I had to pay them 1st. The quote was of £17 but payment link was of £25 which I was told the minimum amount for prepaid option. So I paid £25 for 5am pickup. I called and followed up till 4.56am. No reply. I could not risk missing my flight so booked another cab at 4.57am. At 5.01 am they sent me driver detail and said its coming in 3 min. I asked them to cancel since I left. But due to 'cancellation policy' (which apparently was my fault to cancel last min) they did not refund anything.

翻译：由于我早上要从曼彻斯特机场起飞，所以我提前一天预订了出租车。对方承诺会在前一天晚上告知司机的相关信息，而且预订费用需要预先支付，因此我必须先付款。原本报价是17英镑，但付款链接上显示的金额却是25英镑，据他们说这是预付费服务的最低收费标准。于是我支付了25英镑用于凌晨5点的接机服务。之后我一直打电话并持续跟进，直到凌晨4点56分。但无人回应。我不想冒错过航班的风险，于是在4点57分又叫了另一辆出租车。到了5点……凌晨1点，他们发给我司机的详细信息，并说车3分钟后就到。因为我已经出发了，所以我请求他们取消订单。但由于所谓的“取消政策”（显然因为我在最后一刻取消订单，这就成了我的错），他们一分钱都没退给我。
