Fantastic day out, just wish we’d booked longer!
Richardsons Boating Holidays的点评
点评：We hired a day boat from Richardsons for four hours as a group of friends, and we all agreed by the end that we wished we'd booked it for longer!
We took a lovely trip along the river with the plan of stopping at a pub.
Unfortunately, the public moorings were full, with what looked like people fishing from some of them, so we had to head back down the river to find another spot. That said, everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to mooring up.
The boat itself was great and had everything we needed for a relaxing few hours on the water. Cups and a kettle were provided, so definitely bring some tea and coffee with you! Just be aware there's no fridge, so plan accordingly if you're bringing food or drinks.
The Bluetooth stereo was a brilliant feature and made the trip even better. One tip I'd give is to download your music and offline maps before setting off, as phone signal along the river isn't always the best.
Four hours absolutely flew by, and it was such a lovely way to spend time together as a group. A fantastic experience, friendly people along the way and something we'd happily do again.
Next time, we're definitely booking for longer!
