点评：We had a fantastic experience with Escape Trekking Adventures. The small group size made the trip feel personal and enjoyable, and everything was very well organized from start to finish.
A special mention to our driver, Joni, who was safe, friendly, and professional throughout the journey. Navigating across the country was made so much easier thanks to his expertise and welcoming attitude. Our guide, Shane, was equally outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and great fun to travel with. He brought the history and destinations to life and kept the trip interesting every step of the way.
One of the most meaningful aspects of the tour was being able to follow in the footsteps of family members and learn more about their WWII experiences. It was a moving and sobering reminder of the atrocities of war, and we appreciated the respectful way the history was presented.
The itinerary was well paced, with a good balance of sightseeing and travel. The accommodations were excellent, and the food was diverse and plentiful. Our favourite highlights were the beautiful island of Labuan and the unforgettable train journey through the jungle.
