They ruin my dinner with kids- upset repeater.

点评：We are came by as repeater. When we have finished our order surely they came with the bill stright away all pay up front. Oke
BUT....
Food didn't showed up for more than half an hours our kids are frustrated. We are almost gone home but I realized I've paid all already.We called out the waitress and show our order that we have paid . They just think all normal and suggest us to wait another 10 more minute. Manager is hiding at the corner and staff approach him about our issue. Cold and instead coming to say something he sent a waiter to offered us pop corn and change again with free play golf.. but we ask only 2 small bottle of mineral water for free instead....waiter cameback to us another extra charge.. OMG. I'am working at hospitality as well .hotels, resto, beachclubs, and I do my best treated my client well and with equal value. we even only just asked 2 mineral water....and still, defending to win..ok you win!
Btw, food arrived still late and still missing 1 item and we again have to ask this. I. Am so so disappointed they way they treating us especially we are repeat guest. So.. I lost my mood, appetite so gone and sorry...bye for the last time. Wont come back, wont recommended...not professional at all (especially to have a manager like that) poor staff to be led with that attitude!
