点评：Dilshan looked after us and inspired us, sharing his broad knowledge of the country and every location we visited. We felt comfortable and safe on each journey. And if we just wanted to just silently look out of the window and enjoy the landscape, the silence was never awkward.
Dilshan‘s calm approach never wavered, regardless of the situation/traffic (oncoming buses, tuck tucks, cows, dogs, peacocks, national park potholed roads, etc.!). You even stayed with us in the pouring rain and ensuing thunderstorm (understatement!) on a night trip the beach to see turtles laying their eggs.
The vehicles (cars, vans) were all spotlessly clean and comfortable and we appreciated the bottled water when we had not brought our own. Even when I booked the wrong vehicle size for our multiple suitcases, Dilshan was not phased and impressed us with his Tetris skills :) and the ride was as comfortable as if we only been travelling with hand luggage.
We loved our trip to Sri Lanka and felt very welcome in a country far from home; and that is testament to the kind, interested and open people we met, Dilshan included. Thank you and we look forward to meeting again soon.
