点评：Really dissatisfied with our visit today. Been coming here for five years. Today sadly we found staff unfriendly and actually rude. I never ever write a review but today I just felt so cross I had too. It’s not the most reasonable priced place for breakfast. But in the past foods good and nice people so we don’t mind at all. Today the staff were unfriendly, when ordering the staff member just walked off to the previous customer with no explanation. Lots of little things added up to a poor experience. My breakfast was taken away no apology or offer of changing it, supposed to be refunded but not received as yet but that may be due to the bank holiday. I don’t like at all to affect people’s business but I felt really really disappointed to the point we won’t return. Today the only things that can make a difference is the service you offer your customers, I do hope you aren’t offended by this review but that you take notice of it.
