New Years Eve Experience
泰晤士河快艇旅游公司的点评
点评：Absolutely amazing New Years Eve experience. Firstly, the pre experience communication and purchasing was seamless. Directions to pick up point/ embark and disembark, itinerary, FAQ (& website in general) - All On Point. Shout out to Gemma Greatbatch and Stacey Evans.
The experience itself; arrived and received our life vests and boarded the boat to find a cozy blanket (it was -2c !) and a goodie bag containing: sweets, Pringles, Mini Cheddars, lindor minis, a shortbread, Maltesers, a key ring, reusable covered cup, can of raspberry vodka and a bubbly flute. We embarked at 11pm and took the usual Thames Rocket route but at a regular speed (it being NYE, rules we’re guessing). Seeing London lit up for the festive period and for NYE was nothing short of magical. Our host (Sophia) was fabulous. Bubbly, courteous and funny. Our skipper (name?) was absolutely brilliant too. We took up position just behind Westminster Bridge, centre of the Thames next to Big Ben and Houses of Parliament at around 23:30. At that point the bubble flowed with regular top ups and non alcoholic alternatives. Our skipper navigated the boats joining us ending with them all behind us, the River Police in front and the best view of the London Eye. We all joined in with the countdown and then the spectacular fireworks began. To be in the middle of the Thames, cozy under a blanket with treats felt like we were in the best seat in the house! We then motored back up the Thames and disembarked at Bankside. A truly unforgettable experience. Thank you!
