The entire journey was organized perfectly from start to finish. Our driver, Mr. Ubaid, was extremely polite, professional, and well-mannered. He was very helpful throughout the trip, drove carefully on the hilly roads, and guided us to all the beautiful sightseeing spots. He also patiently accommodated our ad-hoc travel requests, which made our journey very comfortable and stress-free.
The itinerary included some of the most breathtaking destinations in Kashmir, including Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonamarg. Each location was stunning, and the agency ensured we had ample time to explore and enjoy every place at a relaxed pace.
The hotels arranged by the agency were excellent—clean, comfortable, and located in scenic surroundings. The hospitality at each hotel was warm and welcoming, and the food served was delicious with a good variety, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
What we appreciated most was the safe and comfortable travel arrangements along with the friendly and supportive attitude of the entire team. Everything was thoughtfully planned and executed, allowing us to enjoy our holiday without any worries.
