点评：We had an absolutely fantastic safari with Somewhere in Africa! From the very first contact until the end of our trip, everything was arranged perfectly. The itinerary was well thought out, the accommodations were excellent, and the safari jeep was comfortable and in great condition.
Our guide, Noel, truly made this trip unforgettable. He knows the parks inside out, shared exactly the right amount of information, gave us great tips, and had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife. We saw so many amazing animals, and a big part of that was thanks to his experience and dedication. He was also friendly, patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the safari.
We were also very impressed by the service from Somewhere in Africa. Whenever we had a question, Allan was only a message away and always responded quickly. When our son wasn't feeling well, we asked if it would be possible to postpone one of our excursions. It was rearranged immediately without any problems, which really showed how flexible and customer-focused they are.
Looking back, we couldn't have wished for a better safari. Everything was organized to perfection, and the entire team genuinely cared about making our holiday special.
