点评：Visited Lapland Uk for the time this year in Ascot, after 40+ years of arranging Christmas adventure for my children and grandchildren.
The experience was magical looking through the eyes of the children from the minute you enter the car park till you leave again all the staff were fantastic and totally made the experience for the children, you can see why it is more expensive than other Christmas experiences but it is worth every penny my grandchildren have not stopped talking about everything they saw and took part in see the adventure thought your children eyes and the magic lives on
The not so good site is this company’s customer service ticket ordered in March and elf hats and badges ordered in June the company never met there delivery times on all these product, you could also see these online for sale in there shop but not sent to the customer who pre ordered, even items ordered from the online shop took up to 4 weeks to be delivered in the Uk and to some people it spoiled the reveal of the child’s attendance especially for people going in November
Maybe it’s just this year as they opened a new site in Manchester , but most things can be brought in the onsite shops so it maybe better if you just by you special items on the day
