点评:This is by far the worst Ritz spa I’ve ever been to. I arrived at the spa an hour before my treatment and was escorted to a waiting room. Within minutes another spa guest came out and told us to beware because all of the amenities (whirlpool, steam room, sauna, showers, etc.) were out of service despite the Ritz’s website advertising that they were available. Upon learning of this, I requested to cancel my appointment, but was told that I could not cancel because the cancellation window had closed. Come to find out the only mention of the lack of amenities was in the middle of the fine print paragraph you click when you book your services.
After being told we could not cancel, I contacted Marriott corporate and spoke to a very nice woman named Karen who attempted to contact the spa to remedy the issue. The supervisor at the spa yelled at Karen over the phone and was very rude to myself and friend at the spa.
Due to the rude and disturbing behavior of the Ritz spa supervisor, we decided to opt out of our services as neither myself or my friend felt comfortable or welcome at the spa.
