点评:The bird sanctuary has no sign identifying its location and you have to follow a gravel road to get to the observation tower. That should have been a tip off that this, perhaps, is not a regular tour site.
We visited last week, in the middle of the afternoon. We climbed up a couple sets of stairs, passing a man who was sitting near the top, to whom we said hello. When we got to the deck, it felt strange. It appeared that we had interrupted a tryst. One of the guys left immediately and the another guy chatted with us, telling us, amongst other things, that he had seen flamingos in the sanctuary. (Not likely). The situation was awkward. Still, we looked about for birds for a couple of minutes (didn't see any), then we disentangled ourselves from the conversation and went back down the steps (passing the same guy), to find a car with its motor running at the bottom of the steps (a car that had not been there when we went up) with one of those sun visors pulled across the window shield. It felt very strange and it didn't feel completely safe. Our experience may have been an unusual circumstance, but we suggest you investigate the place before you visit by doing an internet search and/or by contacting a local birding group.
