1. The lounge is small and despite being a priority pass and One World, Fiji Airways lounge they won't let us in. We were using our priority pass for the Fiji Airways flight and the staff looked at us with disgust. She referred to our priority pass terms, which states nothing about the lounge being unavailable. The result was that the lounge was closed, the airport in Nadi is small and the terminal was full. It was chaos. If this lounge cannot cope, then Priority Pass needs to look at another option. The airport itself, should stop charging passengers airport fees, as the facilities are worst then third world.
2. The flight from Nadi to our destination was poor. Old Airbus, smelly interior. The breakfast was served and dispute ordering a special meal, it arrived with the normal cart service. The meal appeared to be lunch not breakfast. Following the meal there was no service. We asked if there was a menu and they said no. Later we asked if they had snacks, they said yes but it is served on request. There was no bar available and they closed the bar before landing (but it was never opened). Overall, very cheap.
The worst is the fact that passengers stood up with the seat belt signs still switched on, after landing. Normally, the crew in other airlines are quick to pick this up. This airline simply let them stand while the aircraft was moving.
That is dangerous!
We arrived after our six hour flight, hungry and feeling unwell. Terrible airline.
