点评：3D2N cruise booked with 1 night on the Sunlight Legend Cruise ship, and 1 night in Cat Ba.
False advertising, health and safety hazard, unprofessional customer service.
We were sold a "luxury and authentic cruise" with a promotional PDF including pictures and also were sent other pictures by our tour guide.
Arriving on the boat, we (as in - many passengers) were quick to notice the evident decay of the boat.
We checked-in our room, and we discovered: very stained bedsheets and towels with some biological fluids (still greasy/wet) on them, mold on the walls, dirt /grime / filth all over, cockroaches, insect feces or eggs on the bed board /bedsheets and pillow, clogged drains, decaying wood, degraded plugs, raw ceiling with exposed cables.

During the night, boat personal was sleeping on the floor in one of the corridors.
The next morning, we decided to file a complaint to the company, as this was clearly and undoubtedly different from the brochure we were shown and sent to book the cruise, and the unsanitary conditions were unacceptable.
At first the company offered to pay drinks during our night in Cat Ba Island (our second part of the trip) and a transfer to the airport in Hanoi (where we were not going at all) as an apology for the stained bedsheets but without replying or acknowledging any of the other claims.
We refused and told them we wanted a refund of the cruise part (the boat part only) joining all the pictures
They replied that they never advertised the cruise as "luxury" - which is untrue and their brochure say word by word: "Sunlight legend cruise was built with the intention of providing luxury and authentic tours" and calling their rooms "Deluxe".
They got very defensive, replying with what felt a very insutling and unprofessional way.
Their final offer was 500.000VND TOTAL refund (around 19USD), when our booking was around 672USD (4 persons).

我们拒绝了他们的提议，并要求退还游轮部分的费用（仅限船费），同时要求提供所有照片。
他们回复说，他们从未将游轮宣传为“豪华游轮”——这完全是谎言，他们的宣传册上明明写着：“阳光传奇号游轮旨在提供奢华而地道的旅行体验”，并且称他们的房间为“豪华房”。
他们的态度非常强硬，回复的方式也让人感觉很侮辱人，很不专业。
