Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected from this company

点评：We were really looking forward to our trip to Iceland, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we were promised. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The tour we booked through Tourism Iceland was poorly organized — our guide was late, seemed disinterested, and skipped several key stops that were advertised in the itinerary.
The transportation was uncomfortable, and communication before and during the trip was frustratingly slow. We also encountered issues with hotel bookings that weren’t properly arranged, leaving us stressed and scrambling last minute. For a country known for its hospitality and stunning nature, we expected a more professional and welcoming experience.
We spent a lot of money on this trip, and while Iceland’s landscapes are undeniably beautiful, the lack of coordination and poor service from Tourism Iceland really took away from the overall experience. Sadly, we won’t be recommending them to others.
